Since today is a good weather , i have decided to make my way to Delta Swimming Complex.The sun shone brilliantly and the breeze blew gently. The moment i stepped into the Swimming Complex , i uttered a 'whoop' of joy. My face was flushed with excitement.I immediately darted to the Ladies and get changed. I walked as fast as my legs could carry me toward the pool. I did some stretching before i dive into the pool. I was over the moon and i started to swim. However i realised that after swimming for 8laps , i started to pant profusely Despite that , i did not abate swimming as i have set a goal for the day in order to achieve my personal goal by week13.I perserved and continued to swim. Finally , i managed to achieve my goal for the day. I was euphoric and I exclaimed delightedly.
Target for the Day: To be able to Swim 12laps in an hour.
