The afternoon sun was a blaze of heat and light.
Usually i wouldnt go swimming during this period as i'd get sun burnt!
However , i was down in the dumps.
I was feeling dolorous.
I sat on the sofa and stared into blank space.
The thought of making a trip down to Delta Swimming Complex
triggered me.
Without hesitation , i quickly get changed and
walked as fast as my legs could carry me to Delta Swimming Complex.
I flitted to the Big Pool and dived into the pool.
Even though i am swimming , i could feel my tears
flowed down my cheeks like an endless stream.
Despite feeling downhearted , i continued to swim.
Expected , i did not failed to achieve my goal for the day.
I am pleased that i managed to achieve my goal constantly
as this means that i am a step closer to my goal.
Although i was struggling when i was at my 15th laps ,
i managed to perserve and achieved my target for the day.
Target for the Day:To be able to swim 18laps in an hour
