It was a blindingly hot day and the humidity in the air was stifling.
My friends and I decided to make a trip to East Coast Park to let our hair down.
It has been a long time since we last met.
& , today has marks the beginning of the 2weeks holiday.
My friend vehement on a Swimming Competition.
Woahs ~ ! I was euphoric upon yet anticipated.
Four of us swam a long distance.
& unexpectedly , i Won !
They are considered my strong adversary.
But thinking back , i've been swimming regularly ( once a week ).
Unlike them . & the distance difference is far apart.
I felt a sense of satisfaction when i won.
This shows that i should at least swim once a week to maintain my stamina.
I realised that through this personal development module which wanted
everyone to set a personal goals has benefitted me.
i've learnt to be determination , persistence and has build up strong belief.
i'll practice what i've preach. :D
